• Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
• Custom or bespoke products are not eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
• Custom-made or made-to-order mirrors and furniture.
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear or minor variations in finish, design, or color.
REFUND PROCESS
• To initiate a refund, customers must contact us with order details and supporting images.
• Once the issue is verified, the refund will be approved or rejected.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
REFUND TIMELINE
• Refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
CANCELLATIONS
• Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.
• Once an order is dispatched or production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Refund eligibility for canceled orders will be subject to verification.
